Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel around the Gladstone region comes at no cost
however travel outside a 50km radius will result in additional travel fees calculated depending on distance
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Gladstone?
Yes! I am available to travel outside of the Gladstone region for all your photography needs
Do I need to pay a deposit to book my session?
Yes! a non refundable retainer fee is required when booking any photography session with me & is payable upon booking
If you have not paid a deposit/ retainer fee your session is not officially booked in & you will risk your desired time slot being filled.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
For general Hour long photo sessions you can expect a turn around time frame of 2-3 weeks
for other longer photo sessions like elopements you can expect a wait time of 4-6 weeks.
I am big on communication however, so I will always check in with you if there will be any change to your turn around time
